Our facility is primarily funded by tuition fees. Which is why it is essential that your fees be paid on time. If your payment is not received for any reason on Friday by close you will be charged $5 late fee per business day per child that it is not paid. If your child is absent for any reason, the fee is still due in full. Full details of the fees are listed in the Parent Handbook.

Imagination Station reserves the right to make changes as they see necessary.

Admission Policy

Imagination Station’s contract must be signed by parent or guardian before a child(ren) can be enrolled into our program. Updated Immunization records, payment for first week of care and a non-refundable registration fee of $50 is required. Families receiving state childcare assistance needs to have an approval prior to start of care. Any difference between state reimbursement and the contracted fee’s will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
